Our Team
Daniel Houck (How-K), Co-Founder
Daniel Houck, AKA Dodo, is the owner and founder of Naughty Goat Media Productions. Originally from Western North Carolina, he has an Associate’s Degree in Emergency Medicine and has worked as a Paramedic.
In his free time, Daniel loves hanging out with his wife Kristin, their two kids, their dogs, and their big extended family—both relatives and close friends they call The Bean Can and/or Franken-Squad. He also enjoys kicking back with a good book and a pipe, most often a corn cob pipe loaded up with a classic codger blend. An avid history buff *read: NERD!* Daniel has taken the lead on researching and writing several episodes of the 2 Dads Layin' Pipe Podcast, which he co-hosts with Zack. He is also an avid graphic designer, with several examples of his work featured here and elsewhere.
Zack Johnson, Co-Founder
Zack Johnson is a Co-Founder of Naughty Goat Media Productions. By day, he works for a cult—uh, I mean, a brainwashing facility... Oops!
Alright, let’s give that another shot.
Zack lives in Western North Carolina with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three kids. He co-hosts 2 Dads Layin' Pipe with Daniel and is currently working on a new podcast called "Fallen & Fierce," where he plans to explore how rock music has both influenced and faced pushback from the Christian community.
When he’s not podcasting, Zack works as a teacher’s assistant at a local charter school—definitely not a cult!
A huge history buff (*cough, NERD! cough*), he enjoys reading, music, and unwinding with tobacco pipes and affordable cigars.
Kristin Houck (How-K), Supportive Wife, "She"
Kristin Houck is the supportive wife of Daniel. She takes on a variety of many different roles for us. And, thanks to her lack of a filter when we really get going, She is set to become a prominent feature on one of our shows in a special segment that will be called "That's What 'SHE' Said"
Elizabeth Johnson, Supportive Wife
Elizabeth Johnson is the supportive wife of Zack. She also takes on a variety of roles.
Jordan " Elmer Stud" Pfluger (Floo-Grrr)
Jordan Pfluger, AKA Elmer Studd, AKA Edmund Bean, AKA Grunkle Stan, AKA...—you get the idea.
He’s the proud “patriarchal leader” of our Bean Can. With a huge mental archive of random facts and years of experience in different entertainment roles, Jordan’s our go-to guy whenever we need a character voice or some technical help.
Ren Fakhoury (Yeah, we're not sure either)
Ren is one of our "resident alien" artists.

Where are we located?
Naughty Goat Media Productions is currently based out of the homes of Daniel and Zack, who both live with their families right in the heart of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, just outside Asheville, NC.
